1. Agreement Terms
1.1 This King of Links Game User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the game developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Developer") regarding the use of the King of Links game (hereinafter referred to as the "Game").
1.2 By downloading the King of Links game through an app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
1.3 If you do not agree to these terms or any future updates, you must immediately cease using all services. If an updated version requires your active confirmation, you may be unable to continue using the services until such confirmation is provided.
1.4 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with the revised terms taking effect immediately upon publication in the Game. Please review the latest terms periodically to stay informed of all provisions.
1.5 We retain the right to amend, add, or remove terms at any time without prior notice. We may also terminate or restrict your access to the Game at our sole discretion.
2. Access and Use of Services
2.1 You are responsible for any network or mobile data charges incurred while accessing/using the services. We recommend confirming applicable fees with your service provider in advance.
2.2 By using the services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, your legal guardian must review and consent to these terms before use.
2.3 Downloading and using the software is at your own risk. We are not liable for device damage, data loss, or any other consequences.
3. Account
3.1 This Game is a casual game that does not require account login. Users may begin playing directly without registration or binding any personal information.
3.2 Game data is stored locally on the device. Uninstalling the Game or switching devices may result in data loss. The Developer disclaims liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3.3 iCloud Backup (iOS only): Users may opt to sync game progress to iCloud (requires enabling iCloud Drive in device settings).
4. Fees and Purchase Terms
4.1 In-game virtual currency (e.g., coins, diamonds) may only be obtained through lawful means. We reserve the right to remove illegally acquired data.
4.2 Virtual currency/items cannot be exchanged for cash or physical goods and are non-transferable.
4.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual currency/items at any time without liability.
5. User Conduct and Content
5.1 User content must:
• Be truthful and non-infringing
• Contain no viruses or malicious code
• Comply with the Privacy Policy regarding personal information
5.2 You must adhere to the Code of Conduct. We may take measures, including account suspension, against violations.
5.3 Use of the services must comply with local laws and regulations.
5.4 Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
• Harassing others or posting offensive content
• Fraudulent registration or commercial use
• Hacking, cheating, or disrupting services
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights
6. Copyright and Trademarks
6.1 All rights to the Game's content (code, characters, artwork, etc.) belong to us. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 We are not liable for:
• User-accessed content and its effects
• The accuracy or legality of third-party content
7.2 Downloading and using the software is at your own risk.
7.3 All services are provided "as-is," with no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We are not responsible for:
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Losses due to force majeure or non-negligent causes
• Device damage (unless directly caused by our negligence)
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
10. Severability
10.1 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
11. Assignment
11.1 We may assign our rights under this Agreement at any time. You may not assign without our written consent.
